जिस किसी के युद्ध से मुँह मोड़ने की बात मैं अपने कानों से सुनूँगा, उसे मैं भयानक तलवार से मार डालूँगा।

कठोर वचन सुनकर सब डर गए; लज्जित योद्धा क्रोध करके युद्ध के लिए चल पड़े।

Hearing the fierce words, all were frightened; ashamed, the warriors set out in anger to fight.

शत्रु के सामने लड़ते हुए मरना वीर की शोभा है; तब उन्होंने प्राण बचाने का लोभ त्याग दिया।
