हृदय में अत्यंत प्रेम रखकर राजा ने विनती की और अपने पुत्रों तथा सारी संपत्ति को मुनि के सामने रख दिया।

मुनियों के प्रमुख ने नेग माँगकर लिया और अनेक प्रकार से आशीर्वाद दिया।

The chief of sages asked for and accepted a ceremonial gift, and bestowed blessings in many ways.

सीता सहित राम को हृदय में धारण कर, गुरु ने प्रसन्न होकर अपने निवास को प्रस्थान किया।

Holding Rama together with Sita in his heart, the preceptor joyfully departed for his abode.

राजा ने सभी ब्राह्मणों की पत्नियों को बुलाकर सुंदर वस्त्र और आभूषण पहनाए।

The king summoned all the Brahmins’ wives and had them adorned with fine garments and ornaments.

फिर सुहागिन स्त्रियों को बुलवा लिया और उनकी रुचि का विचार कर पहनने के उपहार दिए।

Then he summoned the married women and, considering their preferences, gave them gifts of attire.

नेग पाने वाले सभी अपने योग्य नेग लेते हैं, और राजाओं में श्रेष्ठ राजा उनकी रुचि के अनुसार देते हैं।

All those entitled to ceremonial gifts receive their appropriate gifts, and the jewel among kings gives according to their preferences.
