परशुराम का भयानक वेश देखते ही सभी राजा भय से व्याकुल होकर उठ खड़े हुए।

Seeing Parashurama’s fearsome appearance, all the kings rose, distraught with fear.

सभी अपने पिता के नाम सहित अपना नाम बताते हुए दंडवत प्रणाम करने लगे।

All began making full prostrations, each stating his own name along with his father’s.

जिसकी ओर परशुराम शुभ भाव से, हितैषी जानकर देखते, वह भी समझता कि मानो उसकी आयु अब समाप्त होने आ पहुँची।

Even anyone whom Parashurama regarded kindly as a well-wisher felt as though his life had reached its end.

जनक ने फिर आकर सिर झुकाया और सीता को बुलाकर उनसे प्रणाम करवाया।

Janaka came forward again and bowed his head, then summoned Sita and had her offer obeisance.

परशुराम ने आशीर्वाद दिया; सखियाँ प्रसन्न हुईं और वे समझदार सखियाँ सीता को अपने समूह में ले गईं।

Parashurama gave his blessing; Sita’s companions rejoiced, and the sensible women took her back into their own company.

फिर विश्वामित्र आकर परशुराम से मिले और दोनों भाइयों को उनके चरणकमलों पर प्रणाम करवाया।

Then Vishvamitra came and met Parashurama, and brought both brothers to bow at his lotus feet.
