नहीं तो परिणाम मेरी मृत्यु होगा। विधाता के प्रतिकूल होने पर कुछ भी वश नहीं चलता।

Otherwise, the outcome will be my death. Nothing can be done when fate turns adverse.

ऐसा कहकर राजा दशरथ मूर्छित होकर धरती पर गिर पड़े: ‘राम, लक्ष्मण और सीता को लाकर मुझे दिखाओ।’

Having said this, King Dasharatha fainted and fell to the ground: ‘Bring Rama, Lakshmana, and Sita and let me see them.’

राजा की आज्ञा पाकर, सिर झुकाकर और रथ बहुत जल्दी तैयार करके,

Having received the king’s command, bowed his head, and readied the chariot very quickly,

सुमंत्र वहाँ गए जहाँ नगर के बाहर सीता सहित दोनों भाई थे।
