वानर स्त्रियों को बालों से पकड़कर बाहर निकालते हैं; वे अत्यंत दीन होकर पुकारती हैं।

The monkeys drag the women outside by their hair; the women cry out in utter distress.

तब रावण क्रुद्ध होकर यम के समान उठ खड़ा हुआ और वानरों को पैरों से पकड़कर फेंकने लगा।

Then Ravana rose in fury, like Death, and began seizing the monkeys by their feet and throwing them aside.

इसी बीच वानरों द्वारा नष्ट किए गए यज्ञ को देखकर वह मन ही मन हार मान लेता है।

Meanwhile, seeing the sacrifice ruined by the monkeys, he inwardly loses heart.

यज्ञ को नष्ट करके वानर सकुशल श्रीराम के पास लौट आए।

After destroying the sacrifice, the monkeys returned safely to Rama.
