देवता, दानव, राजा या अनेक योद्धा हों—चाहे समान बल वाले हों या अधिक बलवान हों।

Whether gods, demons, kings, or various warriors—whether equal in strength or stronger.

यदि कोई युद्ध में हमें ललकारे, तो हम सहज ही लड़ेंगे, चाहे वह काल ही क्यों न हो।

If anyone challenges us in battle, we will readily fight, even if it is Death itself.

जो क्षत्रिय का शरीर धारण करके युद्ध से डरता है, उस नीच ने अपने कुल पर कलंक लगाया।

The base person who, having taken birth as a warrior, fears battle brings disgrace upon his lineage.

मैं अपना स्वभाव बता रहा हूँ, कुल की प्रशंसा नहीं कर रहा; रघुवंशी युद्ध में काल से भी नहीं डरते।

I am stating my nature, not praising my lineage: descendants of Raghu do not fear even Death in battle.

ब्राह्मण वंश की ऐसी महिमा है कि जो आपसे डरता है, वह निर्भय हो जाता है।
