उस समय जैसा मोह अब नहीं है; अब मन में रामकथा के प्रति रुचि है।

I no longer have the delusion I had then; my mind is now drawn to Rama’s story.

हे सर्पराज को आभूषण रूप में धारण करने वाले देवताओं के स्वामी, राम के गुणों की पवित्र गाथा सुनाइए।

O lord of the gods, who wears the serpent king as an ornament, please recount the sacred tale of Rama’s virtues.

धरती पर सिर रखकर आपके चरणों की वंदना करती हूँ और हाथ जोड़कर विनती करती हूँ।
