अयोध्याकाण्ड 2.92

भूमि, घर, धन, नगर, परिवार, स्वर्ग और नरक—जहाँ तक लौकिक व्यवहार का विस्तार है, सब इसी में हैं।

Land, home, wealth, city, family, heaven, and hell—all that worldly dealings encompass belong to this same sphere.

जो कुछ देखा, सुना और मन में विचार किया जाता है, उसका मूल मोह है; वह परम सत्य नहीं है।

Whatever is seen, heard, or contemplated in the mind is rooted in delusion; it is not ultimate reality.

सपने में राजा भिखारी हो जाता है और दरिद्र व्यक्ति स्वर्ग का स्वामी हो जाता है।

In a dream, a king becomes a beggar, and a pauper becomes the lord of heaven.

जागने पर उससे न कुछ लाभ होता है, न हानि; संसार के प्रपंच को भी हृदय में उसी प्रकार समझो।

Upon waking, there is neither any gain nor loss from it; understand the world’s seeming play in your heart in the same way.
