अयोध्याकाण्ड 2.292

मुनि के वचन सुनकर जनक प्रेम में डूब गए। उनकी दशा देखकर ज्ञान और वैराग्य भी विरक्त होकर पीछे हट गए।

Hearing the sage’s words, Janaka became absorbed in love. Seeing his state, even knowledge and detachment withdrew.

स्नेह से शिथिल होकर वे मन में सोचते हैं: यहाँ आकर हमने अच्छा नहीं किया।

Weakened by affection, he reflects inwardly: We did not do well to come here.

राजा दशरथ ने राम को वन जाने को कहा और प्रिय राम के प्रति अपने प्रेम को प्रमाणित कर दिया।

King Dasharatha told Rama to go to the forest and proved his own love for his beloved Rama.

और हम अब राम को वन से फिर वन ही भेजकर, अपने विवेक की बड़ाई मानते हुए प्रसन्न लौटेंगे!

And now we shall send Rama from the forest back into the forest and return delighted, taking pride in our discernment!

तपस्वी, मुनि और ब्राह्मण भी सुनकर और देखकर प्रेम के वश में अत्यंत व्याकुल हो गए।

The ascetics, sages, and Brahmins, hearing and seeing this, became deeply distraught under the sway of love.

समय की परिस्थिति समझकर और धीरज धारण करके राजा जनक अपने साथियों सहित भरत के पास चले।

Understanding the circumstances and gathering composure, King Janaka went to Bharata with his company.
