अयोध्याकाण्ड 2.15

अविवेकी लोग सुख में हर्षित होते और दुःख में बिलखते हैं; धैर्यवान लोग मन में दोनों को समान रखते हैं।

The undiscerning rejoice in happiness and lament in sorrow; the steadfast regard both equally in their minds.

विवेकपूर्वक विचार करके धैर्य धारण कीजिए। हे सबका हित करने वाले, चिंता छोड़ दीजिए।

Reflect with discernment and remain patient. You who seek everyone's welfare, relinquish your worry.

पहला पड़ाव तमसा नदी पर हुआ और दूसरा गंगा के तट पर।

The first halt was by the Tamasa River, and the second on the bank of the Ganges.

दोनों वीर भाई राम और लक्ष्मण सीता सहित स्नान करके और जल पीकर वहाँ रहे।

The two brave brothers, Rama and Lakshmana, bathed, drank water, and stayed there with Sita.
