सारी कथा कहकर और भगवान राम का मुख देखकर शबरी ने उनके चरण-कमलों को हृदय में धारण किया।

Having told her whole story and gazed upon Lord Rama’s face, Shabari held his lotus feet in her heart.

योग की अग्नि में देह त्यागकर वह भगवान के चरणों में लीन हो गई, जहाँ से फिर लौटना नहीं होता।

Leaving her body in the fire of yoga, she became absorbed at the Lord’s feet, from where there is no return.

हे मनुष्यो! विविध कर्म, अधर्म और अनेक मत—ये सब शोक देने वाले हैं; इन्हें त्याग दो।

O people, abandon the various deeds, unrighteous acts, and many doctrines—all of which bring sorrow.

दास तुलसी कहते हैं: विश्वास करके राम के चरणों में प्रेम करो।

The servant Tulsi says: Have faith and love Rama’s feet.

पृथ्वी पर जाति से हीन मानी गई और पापमय जन्म वाली ऐसी स्त्री को भी राम ने मुक्त कर दिया।

Rama liberated even such a woman on earth, described as low in caste and sinful by birth.

हे अत्यंत मूर्ख मन! ऐसे प्रभु को भुलाकर तू सुख चाहता है?

O utterly foolish mind! Do you seek happiness while forgetting such a Lord?
