अपने परम प्रिय को देखकर, आँखों को सफल करके मैं सुख पाऊँगा।

Seeing my most beloved, I shall fulfill the purpose of my eyes and find happiness.

सीता और छोटे भाई लक्ष्मण सहित कृपा के धाम राम के चरणों में मैं मन लगाऊँगा।

I shall fix my mind on the feet of Rama, the abode of compassion, accompanied by Sita and his younger brother Lakshmana.

जिनका क्रोध भी मुक्ति देने वाला है और भक्ति जिन्हें अवश्य वश में कर लेती है—

He whose anger grants liberation, and whom devotion surely brings under its sway—

वे ही सुख के सागर हरि अपने हाथ से बाण साधकर मुझे मारेंगे।

That very Hari, the ocean of bliss, will aim an arrow with his own hand and slay me.

धनुष और बाण धारण किए प्रभु मेरे पीछे पृथ्वी पर दौड़ेंगे।

Holding bow and arrows, the Lord will run after me upon the earth.

मैं बार-बार मुड़कर प्रभु को देखूँगा; मेरे समान धन्य कोई दूसरा नहीं होगा।

Turning back again and again, I shall behold the Lord; no other will be as blessed as I.
