उत्तरकाण्ड 7.82

अनेक ब्रह्मांडों में भटकते हुए मुझे मानो सौ कल्प बीत गए।

As I wandered through many universes, it seemed that a hundred cosmic ages had passed.

घूमते-घूमते मैं अपने आश्रम आया और वहाँ फिर रहकर कुछ समय बिताया।

Wandering on, I came to my own hermitage and stayed there again for some time.

मैंने सुना कि मेरे प्रभु का अवध में जन्म हुआ है; प्रगाढ़ प्रेम से हर्षित होकर मैं उठा और दौड़ पड़ा।

I heard that my Lord had been born in Ayodhya; rejoicing with profound love, I rose and hurried there.

वहाँ जाकर मैंने जन्म का महान उत्सव देखा, जैसा मैंने पहले गाकर वर्णन किया है।

Going there, I witnessed the great birth celebration, just as I have already recounted in song.

राम के उदर में मैंने अनेक जगत देखे; उन्हें देखा तो जा सकता है, पर उनका वर्णन नहीं किया जा सकता।

Within Rama’s belly I saw many worlds; they can be seen, but cannot be described.

वहाँ मैंने फिर सुजान राम को देखा—माया के स्वामी, कृपालु भगवान को।

There I again saw wise Rama, the lord of maya, the compassionate God.
