प्रिय, नरक में रहना भी उससे अच्छा है; विधाता दुष्टों का संग न दें।

Dear one, even dwelling in hell is preferable; may the Creator never give one the company of the wicked.

हे रघुनाथ, अब आपके चरण देखकर मैं कुशल हूँ, क्योंकि आपने मुझे अपना सेवक जानकर दया की है।

O Rama, lord of Raghu’s line, I am now well upon seeing your feet, since you have shown mercy to me, recognizing me as your servant.

तब तक जीव को कुशल नहीं होती, न सपने में भी मन को विश्राम मिलता है—

Until then, a living being has no well-being, nor does the mind find rest even in a dream—

जब तक वह शोक के घर रूपी कामना को छोड़कर राम का भजन नहीं करता।

As long as one does not worship Rama after abandoning desire, the abode of sorrow.
