जिन्होंने अत्यंत बलवान मधु और कैटभ को मारा तथा महावीर दैत्यों का संहार किया।

He who slew the immensely powerful Madhu and Kaitabha and destroyed the mighty descendants of Diti.

जिन्होंने बलि को बाँधा और सहस्रबाहु को मारा, वही पृथ्वी का भार हरने के लिए अवतरित हुए हैं। ‘सहजभुज’ का पाठ संदिग्ध है।

He who bound Bali and slew the thousand-armed king has now incarnated to relieve the earth’s burden. The reading ‘सहजभुज’ is uncertain.

हे नाथ, उनका विरोध मत कीजिए, जिनके हाथ में काल, कर्म और जीव हैं।

My lord, do not oppose him, in whose hands are time, karma, and living beings.

जानकी को राम को सौंपकर, उनके कमल-समान चरणों में सिर झुकाइए।

Return Janaki to Rama and bow your head at his lotus-like feet.

पुत्र को राज्य सौंपकर वन में जाइए और रघुनाथ राम का भजन कीजिए।

Entrust the kingdom to your son, go to the forest, and worship Rama, lord of Raghu’s line.
