अपनी बहन को कान और नाक के बिना देखकर तुमने धर्म का विचार करके क्षमा कर दी थी!

Seeing your sister without her ears and nose, you forgave the offense out of regard for righteousness!

तुम्हारी धर्मशीलता संसार में प्रसिद्ध हो गई है; मैं भी बड़ा भाग्यवान हूँ जो तुम्हारा दर्शन पाया!

Your righteousness has become renowned throughout the world; I too am most fortunate to have seen you!

अरे जड़ जीव, मूर्ख वानर, बकवास मत कर; मेरी भुजाओं को देख!

You witless creature, foolish monkey, stop prattling; look at my arms!

मेरी ये सभी भुजाएँ लोकपालों के विशाल बलरूपी चंद्रमा को निगलने के लिए राहु के समान हैं।

All these arms of mine are like Rahu, ready to swallow the moon that is the immense might of the guardians of the worlds.

फिर आकाशरूपी सरोवर में मेरे हाथों के समूहरूपी कमलों पर निवास करके—

Then, resting upon the lotus-like cluster of my hands in the lake-like sky—

शिव सहित कैलास पर्वत हंस के समान शोभित हुआ।

Mount Kailasa, with Shiva upon it, shone like a swan.
