किष्किन्धाकाण्ड 4.23

वही गुणों का ज्ञाता और वही बड़ा भाग्यशाली है जो रघुवीर के चरणों में प्रेम रखता है।

Only one who loves Raghubira’s feet truly appreciates virtue and is greatly fortunate.

आज्ञा माँगकर और चरणों में सिर झुकाकर वे हर्षपूर्वक रघुनाथ का स्मरण करते हुए चले।

Having asked permission and bowed their heads at his feet, they departed joyfully, remembering Rama.

इसके बाद पवनपुत्र हनुमान ने सिर झुकाया। कार्य को समझकर प्रभु ने उन्हें अपने पास बुलाया।

Afterward, Hanuman, the wind god’s son, bowed his head. Knowing the task, the Lord called him near.

राम ने अपने कमल-समान हाथ से हनुमान का सिर छुआ और उन्हें अपना सेवक जानकर अपनी अँगूठी दी।

Rama touched Hanuman’s head with his lotus-like hand and, recognizing him as his servant, gave him his ring.

सीता को अनेक प्रकार से समझाकर धीरज देना; मेरा बल और मेरा विरह बताकर तुम शीघ्र लौट आना।

Reassure Sita in many ways; tell her of my strength and my anguish of separation, then return quickly.

हनुमान ने अपना जन्म सफल माना और कृपानिधान राम को हृदय में धारण करके चल पड़े।

Hanuman considered his birth fulfilled and departed, holding Rama, the treasure of compassion, in his heart.
