हे नाथ, विषय-सुखों जैसा नशा कोई नहीं; वह मुनियों के मन को भी क्षण भर में मोहित कर देता है।

My lord, no intoxication equals that of sensual pleasures; it deludes even sages’ minds in a moment.

ये विनम्र वचन सुनकर लक्ष्मण प्रसन्न हुए और उन्होंने सुग्रीव को अनेक प्रकार से समझाया।

Hearing these humble words, Lakshmana was pleased and counseled Sugriva in many ways.

पवनपुत्र हनुमान ने पूरी बात सुनाई कि किस प्रकार दूतों के समूह गए थे।

Hanuman, son of the wind god, related the whole account of how the groups of messengers had gone out.

तब सुग्रीव प्रसन्न होकर अंगद आदि वानरों के साथ चले।

Then Sugriva set out joyfully with Angada and the other monkeys.

राम के छोटे भाई लक्ष्मण को आगे करके वे वहाँ आए जहाँ रघुनाथ राम थे।

With Lakshmana, Rama’s younger brother, leading the way, they came to where Rama was.
