इस चरित्र को वे ज्ञानी मुनि समझते हैं जिन्होंने राम के चरणों में प्रेम धारण किया है।

This conduct is understood by wise sages who have embraced love for Rama's feet.

लक्ष्मण ने प्रभु को क्रोधयुक्त जाना; उन्होंने धनुष चढ़ाकर हाथ में बाण ले लिए।

Lakshmana perceived the Lord to be angry; he strung his bow and took arrows in his hand.

तब करुणा की पराकाष्ठा राम ने अपने छोटे भाई को समझाया।

Then Rama, the very limit of compassion, counselled his younger brother.

हे तात, मित्र सुग्रीव को भय दिखाकर ले आओ।

Dear brother, frighten our friend Sugriva and bring him here.
