उत्तम बरात को आता जानकर और नगाड़ों की गूँज सुनकर—

Knowing that the splendid wedding procession was approaching and hearing the resounding kettledrums—

अगवानी करने वाले हाथी, रथ, पैदल जन और घोड़े सजाकर बरात को लेने चले।

The welcoming party set out to receive the procession, having arrayed elephants, chariots, people on foot, and horses.
