उनके कंधे बैल के समान थे, छाती और भुजाएँ विशाल थीं; सुंदर जनेऊ, माला और मृगचर्म सुशोभित थे।

His shoulders were like a bull’s, and his chest and arms were broad; a fine sacred thread, garland, and deerskin adorned him.

कमर पर मुनियों का वस्त्र था और दो तरकश बँधे थे; हाथ में धनुष-बाण और कंधे पर सुंदर फरसा था।

At his waist were a sage’s garment and two strapped quivers; he held a bow and arrows, with a fine axe on his shoulder.

वेश शांत था, पर कर्म कठोर थे; उनके स्वरूप का वर्णन नहीं किया जा सकता।

His appearance was peaceful, but his deeds were stern; his form could not be adequately described.

मानो वीर रस मुनि का शरीर धारण करके वहाँ आया हो, जहाँ सभी राजा थे।

It was as though the heroic sentiment itself had assumed a sage’s body and come to where all the kings were gathered.
