समझदार सीता ने नेत्रों के मार्ग से राम को हृदय में ले आकर पलकरूपी कपाट बंद कर दिए।

Wise Sita brought Rama into her heart through the pathway of her eyes, then closed the doors of her eyelids.

जब सखियों ने सीता को प्रेम के वश में जाना, तो वे मन में संकोच करके कुछ कह नहीं सकीं।

When her companions realized that Sita was overcome by love, they felt bashful and could say nothing.

उसी समय दोनों भाई लताओं के मंडप से प्रकट हुए।

At that moment, both brothers emerged from the bower of creepers.

वे ऐसे निकले मानो दो निर्मल चंद्रमा बादलों का आवरण हटाकर निकल आए हों।

They emerged as though two radiant, unclouded moons had parted the veil of clouds and appeared.
