बालकाण्ड 1.159

मुझे आपका दर्शन दुर्लभ है। मैं समझता हूँ कि कुछ अच्छा होने वाला है।

Seeing you is a rare privilege for me. I believe that something good is about to happen.

मुनि ने कहा: प्रिय, अँधेरा हो गया है; तुम्हारा नगर सत्तर योजन दूर है।

The sage said: Dear one, darkness has fallen; your city is seventy yojanas away.

हे समझदार, सुनो: रात भयावह है, वन घना है और रास्ता नहीं सूझता।

Listen, discerning one: the night is fearsome, the forest dense, and no path is apparent.

यह स्थिति जानकर आज यहीं ठहरो; सुबह होने पर चले जाना।

Knowing these circumstances, stay here tonight; leave when morning comes.

तुलसी कहते हैं: जैसी होनहार होती है, वैसी ही सहायता मिलती है।

Tulsidas says: As the destined outcome is, so is the assistance one receives.

वह सहायता स्वयं उस व्यक्ति के पास आती है, या उसे वहाँ ले जाती है जहाँ उसका मिलना नियत है।

That assistance comes to the person of itself, or takes the person to where it is destined to be found.
