अयोध्याकाण्ड 2.24

लक्ष्मण धरती पर माथा झुकाकर प्रेम से कहते हैं, ‘हे रघुनाथ, भरत प्रणाम कर रहे हैं।’

Bowing his head to the ground, Lakshmana says lovingly, “O Rama, lord of Raghu’s lineage, Bharata is offering his reverence.”

यह सुनकर राम प्रेम से अधीर होकर उठ पड़े; उनका वस्त्र कहीं, तरकश कहीं और धनुष-बाण कहीं रह गए।

Hearing this, Rama sprang up, overcome with love; his garment lay in one place, his quiver in another, and his bow and arrows elsewhere.

कृपा के भंडार राम ने भरत को बलपूर्वक उठा लिया और छाती से लगा लिया।

Rama, the treasury of compassion, firmly lifted Bharata up and clasped him to his chest.

भरत और राम का मिलन देखकर सब अपनी सुध भूल गए।

Seeing Bharata and Rama’s reunion, everyone forgot themselves.
