जब भरत ने मुनि का प्रभाव देखा, तब लोकपालों के सभी लोक उन्हें तुच्छ लगे।

When Bharata saw the sage’s power, all the realms of the guardians of the worlds seemed insignificant to him.

सुख की उन सामग्रियों का वर्णन नहीं किया जा सकता; उन्हें देखकर ज्ञानी भी वैराग्य भूल जाते हैं।

That array of comforts cannot be described; seeing it, even the wise forget their detachment.

बैठने के आसन, शय्याएँ, सुंदर वस्त्र और चंदोवे थे; वन, बगीचे तथा अनेक प्रकार के पक्षी और पशु थे।

There were seats, beds, fine garments and canopies, forests and gardens, and many kinds of birds and animals.

सुगंधित फूल, अमृत-समान फल और अनेक प्रकार के निर्मल जलाशय थे।

There were fragrant flowers, nectar-like fruits, and clear reservoirs of many kinds.

भोजन और पेय शुद्ध, स्वादिष्ट और अमृत जैसे थे; उन्हें देखकर खानेवाले लोग संकोच कर रहे थे।

The food and drink were pure, delicious, and nectar-like; seeing them, the diners felt abashed.

सबके पास देवताओं की कामधेनु और कल्पवृक्ष जैसे साधन देखकर इंद्र और शची के मन में भी लालसा हुई।

Seeing everyone supplied with heavenly wish-fulfilling cows and trees, even Indra and Shachi felt longing.
