मुनि के वचन सुनकर भरत के हृदय में चिंता हुई; इस कठिन परिस्थिति में उन्हें बड़ा संकोच हुआ।

Hearing the sage’s words, Bharata grew troubled at heart; in this difficult situation he felt deep hesitation.

फिर गुरु के वचनों को महत्त्वपूर्ण जानकर भरत ने उनके चरणों में प्रणाम किया और हाथ जोड़कर बोले।

Then, recognizing the weight of the guru’s words, Bharata bowed at his feet and spoke with folded hands.

हे नाथ, आपकी आज्ञा सिर पर रखकर उसका पालन करना हमारा परम धर्म है।

Master, to accept your command with reverence and carry it out is our highest duty.

भरत के वचन श्रेष्ठ मुनि को मन से अच्छे लगे। उन्होंने पवित्र आचरण वाले सेवकों और शिष्यों को पास बुलाया।

Bharata’s words pleased the eminent sage, who called his pure-hearted attendants and disciples near.

भरत का आतिथ्य करना चाहिए; जाकर कंद, मूल और फल लाओ।

Bharata must be offered hospitality; go and bring tubers, roots, and fruit.

उन्होंने ‘अच्छा, नाथ’ कहकर सिर झुकाए और प्रसन्न होकर अपने-अपने काम के लिए चले गए।

Saying, ‘Certainly, master,’ they bowed their heads and joyfully went about their respective tasks.
