With her husband beside her, the bedding of grass and leaves is delightful, giving the comfort of a hundred beds of the god of love.

जिनके दृष्टिपात से लोकपाल बन जाते हैं, उन्हें क्या विषयों का सुख-विलास मोहित कर सकता है?

Can sensual pleasures captivate her, whose mere glance brings guardians of the worlds into being?

राम का स्मरण करते ही भक्त विषयों के सुख-विलास को तिनके के समान तुच्छ समझकर छोड़ देते हैं।

Remembering Rama, devotees abandon sensual pleasures as though they were mere straw.

सीता राम की प्रिया और जगत की माता हैं; उनके ऐसे अनासक्त रहने में कोई आश्चर्य नहीं है।

Sita is Rama’s beloved and the mother of the world; there is nothing surprising in her freedom from attachment to such pleasures.
