अरण्यकाण्ड 3.3

राम की शोभा देखकर मुनि के नेत्र शीतल और तृप्त हो गए। फिर वे उन्हें आदरपूर्वक अपने आश्रम में ले आए।

Seeing Rama’s beauty, the sage’s eyes were soothed and satisfied. He then respectfully brought them into his hermitage.

पूजा करके और मधुर वचन कहकर मुनि ने कंद-मूल और फल दिए, जो प्रभु राम को भाए।

After offering worship and speaking pleasing words, the sage gave roots and fruits, which pleased Lord Rama.

प्रभु राम आसन पर विराजमान थे; मुनि ने उनकी शोभा को आँखें भरकर देखा।

Lord Rama was seated; the sage gazed to his eyes’ content upon his beauty.

अत्यंत प्रवीण श्रेष्ठ मुनि अत्रि हाथ जोड़कर स्तुति करने लगे।

Atri, the eminent and deeply discerning sage, joined his hands and began offering praise.
